National Hearing on the Danube Strategy

On October 20th 2015, in the Great Hall of the Assembly of APVojvodina in Novi Sad, a National Hearing on the Danube Strategy was held, and Danube Research Center had the opportunity to present its work in that occasion.

Danube Area Research Center presented the activities of the Centre, the establishment, development, its objectives and projects. The Danube international seminarwas presentedas an important project. The seminar was held in April this year and it brought together young researchers from 6 countries of the Danube Region.In addition, the center presented the study program "Master of Danube Studies", which is a joint project between several universities in the Danube region, and whose implementation is planned in the near future. In addition to the information about the program, the Center presented the results of a survey concerning the interest of students for this program, the capacity of the University of Novi Sad for conducting this program, as well as possible subjects that will be in focus of the program.
